Founder

Built from inside the cabin.

Vela was founded by Luisa Ramos Portugal, a corporate flight attendant trained for private aviation. She works in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French, and is pursuing an MBA at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

Vela exists because owners deserve crew selected by someone who knows the job, and flight attendants deserve an agency that represents them with the same care.
